Isabek Barshagul Kashkunovna was born on May 28, 1973 in Ordabasy District, South Kazakhstan region (formerly Bogen district, Shymkent region). In 1980, he went to the primary school" Maktashi", and in 1990 he graduated from the secondary school" Zhambyl " with a medal.

     In 1990, he entered the Shymkent Pedagogical Institute named after M. Auezov with a degree in history, and in 1995 he graduated from the Shymkent branch of the International Kazakh-Turkish university named after H. A. Yasawi with honors in the qualification "historian, Methodist of educational work".

      Since 1995, he has been working continuously at the South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University, which has been called differently in different periods. 1995-1998.      On April 27, 1999, at the Institute of history and Ethnology named after sh.sh.Ualikhanov of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he defended his thesis on the topic: "academician R. B. Suleimenov: contribution to the study of the history of Kazakhstan and scientific and organizational activities" in the specialty 07.00.02-history of the Fatherland (history of the Republic of Kazakhstan). In 2008, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor.

In 2006, the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan published a book "2006-2008. He was awarded the state scholarship for talented young scientists". He twice won the grant of the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "best university teacher-2008", "best university teacher-2021".

      Isabek B. K. is the author of about 150 scientific articles, 1 monograph, 8 manuals, 7 author's educational programs, 12 teaching aids. He has made reports at several international and Republican scientific conferences, completed advanced training courses in Istanbul, Izmir, Moscow, Tsukuba (Japan), Tashkent, Astana, Almaty. According to the "500 scientists project" of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. K. Tokayev, in 2022, he was awarded the Bolashak international scholarship and completed an internship in the Federal Republic of Germany and a master's degree in Strategic Management and leadership in higher education. University management".

      Under the leadership of B. K. Isabek, several master's theses and theses were defended. The students became prize-winners of the Republican Olympiads, scientific papers organized by the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Bolashak scholarship. Under his direct supervision, several scientific-theoretical, scientific-practical conferences of the Republican, international level and Republican Olympiads were held.

      Under the direct leadership of B. K. Isabek, the South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical Institute passed institutional and specialized accreditation in 23 specialties from April 2 to 9, 2015.  Due to the successful external audit conducted by the independent Kazakhstan agency for quality assurance in education, the educational institution received a certificate that was extended for a period of 5 years, that is, until 24.04.2020.  In 2020, it was re-accredited for another 5 years.

In 2017, the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan was instructed to work on the creation of pedagogical Institutes for the creation of universities. To do this, institutes had to obtain a license for specialties in at least three areas at The Bachelor's-master's-doctoral level. Barshagul Kashkynovna coped with this difficult task with dignity. In the 2016-2017 academic year, in addition to 23 specialties of the institute, a license was obtained under the experimental program of the Ministry of Education and Science for 6 dual specialties: Chemistry-Biology, Mathematics-Physics, Mathematics –Computer Science, Physics-Computer Science, Geography-History, History-religious studies. In addition, in order for our institute to have the status of a university, a license was obtained in addition to four specialties in three areas: Design, Philology, translation studies, biology.

The complexity, responsibility and honor of the work of the committee for control in the field of Education and science of the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the opening of Master's, doctoral and military departments in three areas of Education : Pedagogical Sciences, Arts and humanities, natural sciences, mathematics and statistics. In the 2018-2019 academic year, the university received state licenses for Master's programs in 15 specialties and doctoral programs in 8 specialties. For the 2019-2020 academic year, new educational programs for 34 - Bachelor's degree, 22 - master's degree, 11 - doctoral studies were developed and approved by the Academic Council of the University.

Kerimbekov Yerzhan Rakhimzhanovich was born on May 7, 1986 in the village of May one, Tole bi district, Turkestan region. In 2003, he graduated with honors from the May Day General Secondary School, in 2004-2008 he graduated from the Faculty of mathematics of the University named after K. A. Yasawi, in 2008-2010 he graduated from the Faculty of mathematics of this university, in 2015-2017 he graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and public administration (distance), in 2011-2017 from Gazi University(Turkey), majoring in Computer Engineering. The first work experience in 2008-2009 was working as a teacher at the Department of Mathematics at K. A. Yassawi university. In 2009-2010, he worked as a specialist in the Department of Science of the University of K. A. Yassawi. In 2011-2017, he worked as an applicant in the Department of Science of Gazi University. In 2015-2017, he worked as a senior researcher at the TUBITAK 3001 project at Gazi University, in 2017-2018-senior lecturer at the Department of Computer Sciences at Akhmet Yassawi University, head of the Commercialization Office and director of the Department of commercialization of Science. E. R. Kerimbekov speaks Russian, Turkish and English.
